B-keep's task and document management system forms a framework for secretarial activities that handle the office's ongoing tasks.
Each task has a completion stage and a due date. This way you can see all tasks: overdue, for today, for tomorrow, for the next week, etc.
Completed tasks are moved to the History folder.
The software allows multiple users to handle one task, or alternatively, each employee handles their own tasks and passes them on to another employee for further processing.
Management can see delays in handling tasks and even add comments about the handling.
