Benefits of online cash flow
הכנסות \ הוצאות קבועות
You can easily set up expected expenses or income that will appear in the flow at a frequency you define: once a day, once a week, once a month, and once a year.
Receiving bank statements to receive future balance
Bank statements can be imported from Excel both from the Bank Reconciliations screen and from the Cash Flow screen. Cash flow continues the last balance in the bank with future transactions.

B-keep's cash flow allows you to enjoy results without unnecessary data entry. The flow automatically displays all financial transactions in the software.
Cash flow system options
Receiving bank statements
Reconciling receipts or other payments with bank statement transactions to eliminate the impact on a future balance and to verify that the transaction was actually carried out at the bank.
The reconciliation of payments and receipts to bank transactions also creates a bank reconciliation.
Cash flow income
Actions that affect revenue flow:
1. Submitting a billing invoice to the customer
2. Producing a tax invoice for the customer
3. Producing a receipt for the customer
The cash flow date will be determined according to the Current+ settings in the customer card.
Current expenses
Actions that affect expense flow:
1. Account confirmation for a service provider
2. Receiving a supplier invoice
3. Payment report to supplier
The flow date will be determined according to the Current+ settings in the supplier card.
Document association
Associating documents with each other prevents a double impact on the balance. For example, if we have a supplier invoice for which a check was issued without an association to the invoice, then we will associate the invoice with the check, thereby preventing its impact on cash flow.
Update flow date
In any document or action that appears in the flow, the expected flow date can be updated.
Alternatively, the effect of traffic on the flow calculation can be completely eliminated.
Reconciliation with the bank also eliminates the impact on future cash flow.
Cash flow is displayed both in a graph on a timeline and as future movements.
Every financial transaction in the system automatically updates the flow according to the Current+ settings defined in the accounting card. The balance continues the last balance on the bank statements.
