Trial balance and CPA reports
Trial balance calculation
Calculation of balances of CPA accounts is carried out according to a specified date range. This allows you to see business results for a period defined according to profit centers.
Reports can be exported in three ways: sending to print, producing Excel, sending by email.
All reports are based on balance calculations according to the reference date or value date.
Profit and loss statement
The profit and loss statement is displayed on the right-hand side of the card screen. When you tap on a specific account, you see the card transactions on the left that explain the balance.
The accounts are grouped under chapters with a summary of the debt/credit for each chapter. This way you can see results for projects or other profit centers. At the end of the report you can see the profit/loss for the company.
Advantages of displaying a trial balance in cash management
The system's great advantage is in displaying a trial balance within the card management screen.
On the right side, you see the trial balance balances, touch the card and on the left side of the screen, you see the card that explains the balance of the card you touched.
In addition, in the same place you can see both the card's adjustments and the unmatched transactions.
