Supplier quotes
Another method for receiving prices from a supplier is to create a quote based on a quote we received from the supplier.
After creating a quote, you can select the quote for each order, and all items and their prices will be automatically retrieved.
Each offer specifies a quantity and the software tracks cumulative quantities that have already been ordered from the supplier. This way, we will know how to meet our established purchasing goals with the supplier.
Supplier price lists
Each item in the purchasing catalog has a supplier price list table. Unlimited supplier prices can be added to each item in three ways:
1. The system will remember the price to the supplier for each item after an order is placed.
2. You can receive supplier price lists directly from Excel and also update them from Excel.
3. You can add a supplier and its price including discount manually.

How to compare prices
After filling in the order details, we will click on the production, from which a window will always pop up asking for your permission to compare prices for the items in the order.
After choosing to perform a price comparison, the system will show us two price comparisons:
1. By supplier
2. According to the cheapest and most expensive basket
2. Price comparison according to the cheapest and most expensive basket
Comparing prices according to the cheapest basket and more will optimize price comparison to the maximum. This way you can save the most.
The system builds baskets consisting of several suppliers according to the cheapest and most expensive for each item. The baskets are arranged from cheapest to most expensive.
The option to split an order among several suppliers certainly saves a lot of money!
After we see all the baskets, we can choose the most appropriate basket for us and click on Generate Orders, which will automatically send all the orders to the suppliers based on the basket data we selected. The sending will be done via email or fax registered in the supplier card.
1. Price comparison - supplier vs. supplier
Comparing prices by supplier will display a list of suppliers and next to them the total cost of the order with each of them.
The software calculates as if we were ordering all the items in one order from one supplier and arranges the results from the cheapest supplier to the most expensive.
Clicking on each supplier will show you their price breakdown for the products in the order.
At the end, the software will show the suppliers that have some of the products and summarize the missing products from each supplier.
