Card management
The card includes all the details of accounting transactions. The transactions you choose can be exported to: regular printing, email or Excel.
Interactive search
Interactive search is an advanced filter that searches all fields in the chart while displaying the rows that contain the value you are looking for.
Setting dates for a scorecard report
Determine the date range of the displayed card based on a reference date or value. Limiting the range will affect the transaction balance but not the cumulative balance.
Card calculator
The card analysis calculator allows you to touch the card lines and see the difference between the required winnings for the marked lines.
Analyzing log commands in a spreadsheet
Clicking on a transaction line in the chart allows you to see the full journal entry and the percentage distribution between all entries in the journal entry from below.
Managing document scans in Cartesat
After entering journal entries, you can attach scanned documents. This will turn you into a green office. Go to the journal, touch the row and see a document that has been attached.
Supplier Deduction Report
After selecting a specific vendor's card, we can see the deduction made on each payment line. A vendor deduction report can be generated by email directly from the card.
(Indefinite) Draft movements
After saving a portion for drafts, you can see its movements in the chart and analyze their impact on the cumulative balance. Draft movements are colored yellow for differentiation.
