Digital work diary management
Reporting and recording a work log is often required by law. The B-keep system turns the work log into a tool for monitoring and tracking what is happening on a construction site. You will be more productive and have access to all reports and photos during the project.
Digital work log reporting is carried out by field managers within the app and includes the ability to attach unlimited photos.
The app allows the supervisor to access reports, review the content and images, and digitally sign them. After each signature, a detailed email including images and details is sent to pre-defined people.

Determining reporting items for each project separately
For each section, it is determined whether it is mandatory or not, and whether photography is mandatory.
After completing a report, two signatures can be added to the application.
After signatures, an email will be sent with report details and attached photos.
A supervisor can sign a second signature on the report.
